In alignment with the guidelines for higher education in India, SICOMS has integrated skilling and experiential modules in the core PGDM programme.

Over and above these components, we offer students a range of add-on courses, designed to impart very specific skills that are in-demand in the industry. These courses increase employability while adding value to their classroom learning.

SICOMS has partnerships with a number of organisations including the NSDC-appoved ICA Edu Skills academy and Government of Kerala’s Additional Skill Acquisition Programme (ASAP). SICOMS hosts the ASAP-supported Centre for Skill Development Courses and Career Planning (CSDCCP) which organises workshops and other offline and online skill development programmes for the students.

Skill enhancement programmes are offered in business software including Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and SAP S/4HANA.

Certification programmes based on practical training are conducted in Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Accounting etc, as per the students' chosen specialisation.
